In 2003, after over 20 years with Armbrecht Jackson LLP in Mobile, Alabama, David Hudgens moved to Daphne, Alabama to continue a commercial law practice in a boutique law firm setting. Mr. Hudgens' experience in construction contracting and litigation, real estate transactions litigation and development, oil and gas law, business entity representation and commercial finance lends itself perfectly to a boutique setting representing commercial enterprises of all sizes in their business ventures and disputes. His experience as a construction field engineer prior to law school adds practical experience and expertise in construction matters. Alvin Moon joined the firm in 2004 after practicing with Middleburg, Riddle & Gianna in New Orleans bringing with him experience in governmental relations, contracting and financing and disadvantaged business enterprises matters. Through relationships developed over their years of practice, they are able to associate additional legal resources when circumstances merit them.
